The African Pulsar Timing group is excited to announce our first IPTA meeting, set against the scenic backdrop of the Drakensberg mountain range. The meeting will provide the latest science updates from the IPTA community as we prepare for the nanoHz gravitational wave detection, while also highlighting a broader pulsar science programme designed to engage, update and benefit the local pulsar community.

Venue and Transport

Alpine Heath resort offers comfortable, affordable and fully equipped 2 or 3-bedroom chalets, allowing us to host all participants to this meeting on site. Daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will also be included in this option.

Please note that the accommodation will be organised (at special rates) as part of your registration - do not book independently with the resort. The LOC will also be organising transportation to and from the venue to ease your arrival and attendance of this meeting. More information will be added to this website in due course.
